ANTONIO GARCIA

Antonio Garcia represents both the golden age of GT racing and the ongoing legacy of American endurance success.
Born in Madrid, Spain in 1980, Antonio Garcia stands among the most accomplished GT drivers of his generation, a cornerstone of Corvette Racing’s success and a defining figure in modern endurance competition.

Garcia’s career began in European single-seaters, including Open Fortuna by Nissan and Formula Renault Campus, before he transitioned into GT and endurance racing, a move that would define his legacy. His early years with Aston Martin Racing yielded immediate results, including a 2008 24 Hours of Le Mans victory in GT1. That success caught the attention of Corvette Racing, beginning a long-term partnership that would become one of the most enduring in IMSA history.

Since joining Corvette in 2009, Garcia has amassed an extraordinary record, featuring Le Mans victories, multiple Daytona and Sebring wins, and six IMSA class championships. Known for his precision, patience, and technical understanding, he has become both a driver and a development pillar for the Corvette Racing program across generations of machinery, from the C6.R to the C8.R.

Across nearly two decades of top-level endurance racing, Antonio Garcia has earned respect for his calm composure, adaptability, and team-first approach. His longevity with Corvette makes him one of the longest-serving factory GT drivers of the modern era.

His story is one of loyalty and mastery, a driver who represents both the golden age of GT racing and the ongoing legacy of American endurance success.
